The Worship Committee will be crafting a service on May 9th around the theme (and gifts!) of mothers and mothering.
We would love to include your words, memories, and/or reflections on your experiences of mothering — those gifts and lessons you received as a mother or from a mother. What is your perspective on needing a mom, being a mom, finding a mom, and/or loving and learning from a mom?
Take a moment, when you find one, to write in response to these questions. You can send your responses to Elise Morrison (Elise.Morrison@yale.edu) in coming weeks, and we will be in touch about how you’d like to have your words included in the May 9 service (speaking them yourself or having them shared by someone else).
Help us raise our collective voices in honor of mothers of all kinds! Thank you.
