Sophia Spiegel is a first-year student at Yale Divinity School pursuing her Masters in Divinity, specifically examining the intersection between UUism and the use of music to bring covert sacred ritual into secular third spaces.
She leads a Minneapolis-based neosoul, indie-funk band called Dilly Dally Alley, which has gained notability in the midwest Indie music scene.
Outside her vocation, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, tending to her houseplants, going on long bike rides, and writing music.
