Renowned researcher, Paco Underhill, will share his expertise on How We Eat at a very special SUUS author’s talk on October 1st at 2:00. He will amaze event attendees with the knowledge he’s gained through years of studying how people make choices in shopping and how retailers influence customers by the way they market merchandise. How We Eat: The Brave New World of Food and Drink presents more of Paco Underhill’s collected wisdom to that found in his earlier books, including Why We Buy, Call of the Mall, and What Women Want. During his career, Mr. Underhill has assisted business clients from the Fortune 100 list, museums, stores, offices, libraries, banks, and malls. Paco Underhill has written articles for or been profiled in numerous periodicals, including The New Yorker and Smithsonian magazines.
